I received my training from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, where I was trained in more than one hundred dietary theories and studied a variety of practical lifestyle coaching methods. Drawing on this knowledge, I will help you create a completely personalized “roadmap to health” that suits your unique body, lifestyle, preferences, and goals.

I am passionate about helping women to overcome the obsessive nature of dieting and self-abuse.  I help guide my clients towards positive self-talk, and caring for themselves as they do their families.  We will work to reconnect your goals for your life and gain the benefits of reducing stress, balancing hormones, sleeping better and losing weight...all without a diet.  We all need to stop being so mean to ourselves!  I also work with clients who want to learn how to feed their families better in this crazy world.  ADD, Celiac, Obesity and Diabetes are affecting large numbers of children and we will work together to implement strategies for losing weight, lowering blood sugar, avoiding gluten and reducing symptoms to improve overall health, lifestyle and balance for the whole family.  Begin asking yourself...How do you NourishU?
